  • Signature (55 min — Open Level)
    A full-system Pilates class set to music that flows across the Reformer, Chair, and Tower. Sequences are cohesive and build week to week, allowing patterns to deepen over time. Expect a focused, immersive experience that develops strength, control, and ease through consistency.

    Jump Board (45 min — Open Level)
    A cardio-based Reformer class using the Jumpboard, a padded surface for jumping against spring resistance. The body stays supported while working in rhythmic, low-impact jump sequences, balanced with strength intervals on other apparatus.

    Cult Classic Mat (45 min — Open Level)
    A structured mat class rooted in the original classical Pilates sequence. Set to music with emphasis on order, flow, and precision. Classes progress weekly, allowing you to learn and deepen the full mat repertoire over time.

    Chair + Reformer (45 min — Open Level)
    A hybrid class combining the length and flow of the Reformer with the grounded challenge of the Chair. Focuses on strength, balance, control, and proprioception through both seated and standing work.

    Tower + Reformer (45 min — Open Level)
    A controlled, alignment-focused class using the Tower’s vertical spring system alongside the Reformer. Emphasizes clear lines of resistance, steady pacing, and strong, deliberate movement without feeling rushed.

  • Classes are labeled and organized by colors instead of levels easy to advanced.

    • Green is slower-paced and foundational.

    • Red is strength and power oriented.

    • Blue is flow and balance focused.

    • Yellow is more complex and controlled.

  • All classes are adaptable to the bodies in the room. While we don’t offer beginner-only labeled classes, Groundwork Mat is a great entry point, and any Green class is appropriate for those new to exercise/Pilates.
