Class Types & Schedule

    • Apparatus: Reformer, Chair, Mat

    • Intensity: Moderate

    • Goals: Full-body conditioning, coordination, and progressive skill-building across equipment in a continuous flow

    • Apparatus: Tower, Chair, Mat/Table

    • Intensity: Moderate–Challenging

    • Goals: Controlled strength work with spring resistance, focusing on alignment, precision, and functional control

    • Apparatus: Reformer, Mat, Tower, Arc

    • Intensity: Demanding

    • Goals: Deep core strength, abdominal endurance, and spinal stability

    • Apparatus: Reformer. Jumpboard, occasionally Chair

    • Intensity: High energy

    • Goals: Cardiovascular conditioning, lower-body power, and rhythmic endurance

    • Apparatus: Mat

    • Intensity: Moderate

    • Goals: Learn and refine classical Pilates mat system, improving sequencing, control, and body awareness

    • Apparatus: Reformer, Chair, Mat (as needed)

    • Intensity: Variable

    • Goals: Technique refinement, repetition, and improving execution of familiar exercises

    *Minimum 10 classes required or pre-approval.

    • Intensity: Gentle

    • Goals: Mobility, foundational strength, recovery, and reintroduction to movement

Classes are available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. Private training sessions are available upon request.

Packages & Pricing

  • Available once per client. A short series designed to introduce the residency and the way classes are structured. Intended for new clients looking to experience the work before committing to a longer rhythm. Can be used on any class option. Email studio for advice on which classes are best suited for you. Expires 30 days from purchase.

  • For clients planning to settle into an ongoing practice during the residency. Offers the most continuity and is released in limited quantities. Expires 60 days from purchase.

  • For clients looking to attend regularly without a long-term commitment. Supports continuity while allowing flexibility within the schedule. Expires 90 days from purchase.

  • For clients committed to building an ongoing, consistent practice. Offers a steady twice-weekly cadence within a simple monthly structure. Includes 8 reformer classes every 30 days with a 2-month minimum commitment, continuing month-to-month thereafter.

    Auto-renews every 30 days. 2-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. 8 classes per cycle. No rollover. One 30-day freeze per year available after the initial term.

  • FOR MAT CLASSES ONLY — Saturdays @ 9:30AM. For clients looking to attend Cult Classic Mat regularly without a long-term commitment. Supports continuity while allowing flexibility within the schedule.
