Signature Mixed Apparatus
A 55-minute full-body Pilates class using the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and small apparatus. Build strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper understanding of the Pilates method through thoughtful, progressive movement.
The Roll Out
A 55-minute restorative class combining foam rolling, therapy balls, gentle stretching, breathwork, and meditation. Release tension, restore mobility, and calm the nervous system.
Private Pilates & Duets
One-on-one or partner sessions tailored to your goals, experience, and movement history. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery, refining technique, or personalized progression. This is the most popular option for couples.
Foundations
Everyone starts here.
Foundations is your introduction to Baxter Pilates. You'll become familiar with the studio, the equipment, and the flow of class while learning the fundamentals of the method. There is plenty of time to ask questions, move at your own pace, and build confidence before joining group classes.
At the end of Foundations, your instructor will recommend the next step for your practice.
