Class Types

A foundational full-system Pilates practice set to music, with careful attention to alignment, control, flow, and continuity. Classes move through the Reformer, Chair, and Mat with sequences designed to feel cohesive rather than segmented. More time is given to learning the equipment, refining fundamentals, and understanding the movement so you can build confidence in the practice. Open Level groups are less established and may include newer students or people still becoming familiar with the method. The work progresses as the group develops, creating a shared foundation for everyone in the room.

Foundations + Orientation

Expect a slower, intentional pace with time to release tension, explore mobility, reconnect with your breath, and support understanding. Depending on the class, the mat or apparatus is utilized and gone over thoroughly. This class can complement your regular Pilates practice, bringing you back to pieces of the practice you may have lost, but is intended to welcome those new to the practice. Foundations is appropriate for all levels and does not require previous Pilates experience.
